These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and GGC365 ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform"). GGC365 operates an online gaming platform accessible at https://ggc365.lat ("the Website"), offering casino games, sports betting, live casino tables, and related entertainment services.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the GGC365 platform, including all pages, features, tools, games, payment services, promotional programs, and support services made available through the Website. The following terms, where used throughout this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them below:

Registration and use of the GGC365 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that, at all times during your use of the Platform, you satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. GGC365 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered Players. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the GGC365 Platform through a self-exclusion request or a Platform-initiated ban.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of GGC365 or its affiliated entities.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and accept all financial risks associated with gambling activities.
• You are not using any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of collusion strategy to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on GGC365, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following rules apply to Account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the GGC365 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GGC365 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
• Account Suspension: GGC365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. GGC365 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any other person, including GGC365 support staff. GGC365 representatives will never request your password.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Contact GGC365 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

GGC365 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no electronic transmission is entirely free from risk, and GGC365 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible forms of intrusion.

GGC365 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account balance instantly.
• Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes, subject to bank processing times.
• Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes.
• GGC365 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit methods. Network fees for crypto transactions are borne by the Player.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays until documentation is provided and approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, or to a method that has been pre-approved through the KYC process.
• GGC365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal must be to an account registered in your own name.
• Processing times vary by method: e-wallets are typically instant to same-day; bank transfers within 24 hours; crypto within 30 minutes.
• GGC365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

GGC365 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback rewards, VIP tier benefits, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotional offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the individual terms of each promotion before opting in.
• Bonus credits are distinct from cash balance and are subject to wagering or rollover requirements before they may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• GGC365 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withdraw bonus credits where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing hedging bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or exploiting a technical error.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, one per household, one per device, and one per payment method. GGC365 uses technical measures to detect duplicate registrations.
• GGC365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the GGC365 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by GGC365. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference has been generated and displayed to the Player.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. GGC365 reserves the right to alter limits at any time.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity error, or any technical fault that affects the integrity of a game or bet, GGC365 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings derived from a technical error will not be honoured.
• Sports Betting: GGC365 offers betting markets on domestic and international sports, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the applicable sports betting rules displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Result Determination: All game and match results are final once confirmed. GGC365 does not reverse result settlements except in cases of a verified technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GGC365 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, any balances forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair mechanical or computational advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or sporting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing Platform restrictions.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform's software for financial gain. Players who discover an error are required to report it to GGC365 support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward GGC365 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

GGC365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure on-screen reminders to notify them of the duration of their active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently suspend their Account may request self-exclusion through GGC365's live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, no account access will be permitted and no marketing communications will be sent.

All content on the GGC365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game designs, and the overall compilation of the Website — is the exclusive property of GGC365 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any Platform content without prior written consent from GGC365.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform.
• Using GGC365 branding, logos, or trade marks in any context without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GGC365 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Losses resulting from gambling activity, including the loss of any deposited funds or expected winnings.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical upgrades, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond GGC365's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Unauthorised access to your Account where GGC365 has acted in good faith on instructions received using valid Account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit GGC365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

GGC365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, GGC365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players, which may be given by means of a notification displayed on the Platform, an email to the registered address on file, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the GGC365 Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and GGC365, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication via GGC365's official support channels. Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance, as the majority of account and transaction queries can be resolved promptly through live chat or email correspondence.

GGC365 shall not be bound by any agreement, representation, or understanding that is not reflected in these Terms and Conditions or communicated through official GGC365 support channels.
